1. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a full or partial refund under the following conditions:
Full Refund:
Cancellations made at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
The booking was confirmed, but the driver did not arrive or canceled without alternative arrangements.
Partial Refund:
Cancellations made less than 3 hours before pickup may be eligible for a partial refund, subject to driver dispatch status.
A fee may be deducted to cover administrative or driver dispatch costs.
No Refund:
No-show by the customer at the pickup location.
Incorrect contact or address details provided during booking.
Cancellations made after the taxi has arrived at the pickup point.
2. How to Request a Refund
